Parcel Mobile Application

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Parcel mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Parcel is a mobile application that provides property parcel mapping and real estate data services. We aggregate property information, parcel boundaries, ownership records, and related real estate data from various third-party providers to deliver comprehensive property information to our users.

3. Data Disclaimer and Service Availability

All property parcel data, real estate information, mapping data, and related content provided through the Parcel application is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any property data, parcel boundaries, ownership information, or real estate records provided through our service.

We utilize multiple external data providers and do not guarantee any uptime or continuous availability of our service. We are not responsible for any downtime, service interruptions, improper data, inaccurate property information, outdated records, mapping errors, or any other issues that may arise from the use of our application or the data provided therein.

We do not guarantee access to our service at any time. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Usage Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

All property data, parcel information, and mapping content provided through the Parcel application are intended for personal use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Commercial or Marketing Use: Using any property data, parcel information, or content from the App for commercial purposes, marketing activities, real estate business operations, or lead generation
• Data Scraping: Extracting, harvesting, or scraping property data, parcel information, or mapping content from the App using automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Data Import/Export: Systematically downloading, importing, or exporting property records, parcel data, or mapping information from the App
• Hacking and Security Violations: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the App or its systems
• Authentication Bypass: Circumventing, bypassing, or attempting to defeat any authentication, authorization, or security measures
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing or attempting to access any part of the service that you are not authorized to access
• System Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the App's functionality, servers, or networks

5. Usage Limitations and Fair Use Policy

While we may advertise "unlimited access" to certain features, we reserve the right to implement usage limitations, request cooldowns, or restrict access for individual users under the following circumstances:

• Detection of unusual or excessive activity patterns
• Suspected improper usage or violation of these Terms
• When the cost of fulfilling requests exceeds the revenue from a user's subscription
• To maintain service quality and availability for all users
• To comply with limitations imposed by our external data providers

Since we rely on external data providers and do not generate property data ourselves, we may need to limit requests to manage costs and ensure sustainable service delivery.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Parcel app offers subscription services and in-app purchases to access premium features and enhanced functionality. By purchasing a subscription or making in-app purchases, you agree to the following:

No Refund Guarantee: Once you begin using our services after purchasing a subscription or making in-app purchases, we cannot guarantee refunds or money-back options. All sales are generally considered final.

Some features and functionality may be locked behind subscription tiers, but we do not guarantee the availability, performance, or specific functionality of any premium features.

7. No Warranties or Guarantees

WE PROVIDE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND regarding:

• Service availability or uptime
• Property data accuracy or completeness
• Parcel boundary precision or mapping accuracy
• Ownership information currency or validity
• Feature functionality or performance
• Compatibility with your device or operating system
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or privacy protection

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Parcel application, including but not limited to:

• Loss of property data or information
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Inaccurate property boundaries or mapping errors
• Outdated or incorrect ownership information
• Property valuation discrepancies
• Real estate transaction issues based on our data
• Service downtime or unavailability
• Third-party data provider issues

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
